2 arrested with ties to large criminal organization for theft targeting the elderly

BELLEVUE — Two suspects tied to a large crime organization were arrested in connection with thefts targeting elderly people, according to the Bellevue Police Department (BPD).

BPD detectives responded to a “suspicious incident” on April 8 on the 31400 block of 23rd Avenue South in Federal Way.
