SEATTLE — “Good Morning America” is set to broadcast live from Seattle Thursday morning, bringing the show’s “America the Beautiful” series to western Washington — and for correspondent Becky Worley, the trip is personal.
Worley has deep local roots, having started her TV career at KOMO. Ahead of the live broadcast, she returned to the station and reflected on coming back to Seattle.
“It feels so like a homecoming, to come back to Seattle, to be here at KOMO to see you, Theron,” Worley said to me. “Theron was an intern when I was here at KOMO, back in the day, back in the day.”…
