Von’s 1000Spirits is continuing its expansion in Washington with the opening of a new location in Kirkland on June 10. The new restaurant marks the third outpost for the longtime Seattle hospitality brand, which has built a following around its scratch-made sourdough menu, extensive spirits collection, and approachable cocktail program.
The Kirkland location follows the success of the original Downtown Seattle restaurant and a second location that opened in Woodinville in 2022. Known for its lively atmosphere and focus on handcrafted food and drinks, Von’s 1000Spirits has become a recognizable name in the Pacific Northwest dining scene over the past three decades.
Guests visiting the new Von’s 1000Spirits in Kirkland can expect many of the same signature offerings that helped establish the brand’s reputation, including its $7.99 Scratch Martini, house-made sourdough pizzas and pastas, and a collection of more than 1,000 spirits sourced from around the world. The restaurant will also feature craft cocktails made with spirits produced at the family’s Woodinville-based distillery, Northwest Spirits.
The restaurant’s culinary identity centers around sourdough cookery, a concept that traces back to a 75-year-old sourdough starter that has been passed down through generations of the family.
