Leeds mayor announces resolution reached in Norman Drive development

LEEDS, Ala. (TRIBUNE) —  A resolution has been reached regarding the proposed development of a housing development on Norman Drive, said Leeds Mayor Eddie Moore during a meeting of the Leeds City Council on Monday night.
