A Mississippi man has been convicted by a federal jury for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that stretched into Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, authorities said.
Jabreon Deshon Mosley, 35, of Meridian, Mississippi, was found guilty after two days of testimony before U.S. District Judge Edmund G. LaCour Jr., U.S. Attorney Phillip W. Williams Jr. said in a June 23 news release.
“This conviction sends a clear message that those who manufacture and distribute counterfeit pills laced with dangerous drugs will be held accountable. The drugs fuel addiction, devastate families, and too often result in tragic loss of life,” Williams said…
