The lawyer for veteran Birmingham attorney Glennon Threatt who was arrested last week said his defense team is carefully investigating the circumstances and relationships that preceded the alleged incident for which he is charged.
Threatt, 69, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of second-degree promoting prison contraband, unlawful distribution of controlled substances/possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and drug trafficking.
