LEEDS, Ala. (WBMA) — The assistant principal of Leeds Elementary School has resigned following a district investigation into an allegation of misconduct, though Leeds City Schools says its investigation found no illegal, unethical or unprofessional conduct.
Superintendent John J. Moore announced Kyle Winningham’s resignation Sunday in a statement to the school community. Moore said he and Dr. Haley spoke with Winningham Sunday morning and that Winningham offered his resignation.
