This throwback-heavy night will feature some of the biggest names in the genre, including Birdman, Master P, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Silkk the Shocker, B.G., Mia X and special guest Lil Boosie.

Now here’s something novel! On Friday, November 6, Memphis hip-hop duo 8Ball & MJG and Houston rapper Bun B are bringing their Southern hip-hop catalog to Birmingham for a novel performance that’s a little different from your typical rap show. This time, the hip-hop stars will be backed by the live instrumentation of Atlanta’s Renaissance Orchestra for an elevated concert experience that feels more black-tie than your typical R&B show (p.s. that’s because this will be a black-tie event!)
