The Summit, Birmingham’s 100-acre outdoor shopping center, has been acquired for $508 million.
Maryland-based Federal Realty Investment Trust announced the acquisition Thursday. The original developer Bayer Properties sold its property management and leasing portfolio to the Dallas-based Centennial in 2022.
