BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department has arrested a man they say made a violent threat on Facebook toward a business in the city. Police say around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, they were called to the Upside Down Plaza Bar on Magnolia Avenue after staff reported someone made a threat on social media to “shoot up” the bar.
