A Florida man has been charged in the November broad daylight killing of another man outside a neighborhood store in Ensley. Ricky Germain Glover, 39, is charged with capital murder in the slaying of 24-year-old Zion Kewayne Taylor, according to court records made public Friday. Jail records indicate Glover is from Lehigh Acres, FL.
