BESSEMER, Ala. ( WIAT ) — Bessemer Mayor Kenneth E. Gulley is set to present his annual State of the City address Monday.
Arrest made after Hueytown High School parking lot shooting
It is anticipated Gulley will discuss the city’s accomplishments from 2023. The address will take place at 6 p.m. in the Bessemer Civic Center. The event is scheduled to last an hour.
