BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – If you’ve checked your power bill lately, you might have noticed a spike in how much you owe. WBRC has received calls and emails from many of you that say your bill is hundreds of dollars more. But a spokesperson with Alabama Power says that is on par for this time of year with the frigid temperatures we’ve experienced lately.
