BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Monday marked the last time Patrick Stallworth will likely appear in court before his trial in March. Stallworth is charged with two counts of capital murder involving the death of 3-year-old Kamille ‘Cupcake’ McKinney in October 2019. The state is seeking the death penalty.
