Birmingham’s Crestwood Festival Shopping Center is adding three new tenants, including a massive family entertainment center at the former Edge Theater location. Yesterday, NAI Chase Commercial Realty announced it has signed four new leases totaling over 142,000 SF at Crestwood Festival Shopping Center on behalf of owners Citywide Properties LLC & V&S LLC Shopping Center Development.
