MOODY, Ala. (WBRC) – Despite efforts by the state’s attorney’s office, bail has been set for a man who is accused of killing his father and trying to kill his mother. A $500,000 bond was set for John Adam Bowlin on Tuesday. Family members of Bowlin, son of John Wayne Bowlin, say that, since the judge set a bond amount, they are afraid for their own lives.
