BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – As we wrap up January, it’ll be a few more months before anybody’s farm is full of crops. But earlier this week, the Birmingham City Council tried to help seed some success for a non-profit in Bush Hills that certainly seems to ready to grow.
