TARRANT, Ala. – The Tarrant Police Department has arrested a man they say did not control his dogs after they attacked two people on June 6, 2023. Officers responded just before 5:30 a.m. to Chief William Hewitt Park at 2495 Pinson Valley Parkway on a report of a dog attack in progress.
