BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – One person is dead following an apparent domestic dispute in Birmingham early Monday morning. Birmingham Police were dispatched to a home in the 8100 block of 4th Avenue South in the South Eastlake community at around 2:35 a.m. on reports of a person shot. Once on the scene, officers found an unresponsive adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
