BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Happy Tuesday! We are soaking up the sunshine today. We started out in the 30s earlier this morning, but we are warming up quickly thanks to dry air and sunshine in place. Temperatures are already in the upper 50s around noon. First Alert AccuTrack Satellite and Radar is showing us dry and clear. We may see a few passing clouds late in the day, but you won’t have to worry about rain. High temperatures are forecast to warm into the low to mid 60s this afternoon with light northerly winds at 5-10 mph. It’s going to be a beautiful afternoon to spend some time outside. If you have any evening plans, I recommend grabbing the jacket again as temperatures cool near 50°F by 7-8 p.m.
