A Bessemer teen is under arrest after a suspected road-rage shooing in western Jefferson County earlier this week. Sheriff’s officials on Thursday announced charges against 19-year-old Da’marriya De’vhon Carr. The incident happened about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Sugar Ray Drive and Bessemer Super Highway.
