SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A murder trial is underway in Shelby County. Prosecutors call it a brutal killing, but the defendant is claiming self-defense. Back in March 2018, 68-year-old Randall Gargone was arrested for the murder of Tracy Austin. Gargone was on probation at the time of his arrest back in 2018.
