The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Flood Watch. This flood watch is from Sunday, February 11, at 6 p.m. through Monday, February 12, at 6 p.m. Continuous rain is expected throughout the designated area starting this evening and continuing into much of Monday, posing a risk of localized flooding in urban areas, low-lying regions, and areas with poor drainage.
