BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – People in Brighton are frustrated over the lack of drainage on their road. They say it causes flooding every time it rains. Erroll Files lives in the Bon-Aire community where rainwater floods in the area of Rose Avenue and St. Julian Street. People have inches of sitting water in their front lawns and the water spills into the roads.
