BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Homeowners off of Meadow Lake continue to deal with flooding right outside their front doors. When the forecast calls for heavy rain lasting more than an hour, neighbor Timothy Hawthorne said they can expect to be flooded in. The flooding is too deep for many to drive through.
