BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police Chief Scott Thurmond says late Saturday night, several people were hanging out at the Shell gas station on the 800 block of 3rd Avenue West when one shot was fired, and then multiple people began shooting aimlessly. It left six people injured and one dead.
