BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was shot during a reported assault.
2 killed, 1 arrested in Tuscaloosa shooting
According to Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Ladarrius Kennedy, 31, of Birmingham, sustained gunshot wounds on July 29 in the 1000 block of 3rd Avenue West. He was transported to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries on Aug 6.
Anyone with information can contact BPD at 205-254-1700. There is no one in custody.
