A 59-year-old man was killed early Saturday morning while crossing a Birmingham road in a wheelchair. The Jefferson County Coroner says Billy Ray Hall Jr was crossing Georgia Road at 52nd Way North in Birmingham just before 2 a.m. on August 17, 2024 when he was hit by a motor vehicle.
