JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – An 87-year-old Birmingham man has been reported missing and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to locate him. Bobby Joe Bell was last seen Friday, Aug. 9 as he was leaving his home in Birmingham and traveling in a White 2024 Toyota Corolla to Logan Mountain Lake, according to the JCSO.
