The judge currently assigned to the class action suit against a downtown towing company says the fact that a relative’s car got towed won’t stop him from trying the case. If that’s true, Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Jim Hughey III – the fourth judge scheduled to hear the case against Parking Enforcement Systems (PES) – will be the first sitting judge who didn’t recuse himself from the suit.
