A 49-year-old Birmingham man shot in 1992 has died, and authorities said his death was the result of the injuries sustained when he was a teen. Birmingham’s North Precinct officers were dispatched at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, to a report of a person down at 920 Second Street North.
