BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) – The city of Birmingham filed a lawsuit against the owners of a motel in effort to have it declared a public nuisance. According to court documents, the city cited “dangerous and life-threatening activity occurring at or near” the property of Relax Inn for the reason for the complaint.
