BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police are investigating a homicide that happened just after 6:30 a.m. August 28. The victim has not yet been identified. West Precinct officers responded to a person down call in the 2900 block of Avenue F. They arrived on the scene and found a man that had been shot.
