Birmingham-based Brasfield & Gorrie will have a new CEO effective Jan. 1 in a leadership transition the company says has been in the works for several years. Rob Blalock will become CEO, and Jim Gorrie, currently CEO, will become executive chairman. Miller Gorrie will continue to serve as chairman of the Gorrie Legacy Trust.
