Tomorrow : An area of high pressure will continue moving northeast and weakening. This will allow a cold front to move toward Alabama from the northwest, and an upper-level low to sit over Louisiana/Texas. It will be partly cloudy, hot, and humid with scattered showers and storms. This will be welcome rain to the region. It has been 22 days since we’ve had measurable rain in Birmingham. High temperatures will be in the middle 90s, and the heat index will be around 100-105°.

It will be warm and muggy with a few showers possible at the high school football games kickoff. Temperatures will be in the 80s.
