BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority has announced a job fair that will seek to connect job seekers with career opportunities.
Bham Foodie Fest happening Saturday at Sloss Furnaces
The job fair will take place on Sept. 26-27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Intermodal Board Room. Attendees will have the chance to meet with managers and supervisors from various BJCTA departments. There will be on-the-spot interviews for available positions including operations and maintenance.
The job fair is open to all job seekers, including students, recent graduates and experienced professionals looking to transition into the public transit workforce. For more information, click here .
