BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police say two people are now in custody after officers recovered stolen vehicles. BPD says they were notified Sunday morning of two incidents where a Hyundai or Kia were stolen. BPD also says there were multiple incidents in east Birmingham where Kia’s or Hyundai’s were damaged in an attempt to steal the vehicle.
