BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-Two teens have been charged in connection to multiple car break-ins in East Birmingham on Sunday, according to BPD Officer Truman Fitzgerald. On Sunday morning, East Precinct officers were notified of two incidents where a KIA or a Hyundai was stolen as well as multiple incidents throughout East Birmingham where KIAs or Hyundais were damaged in an attempt to steal them.
