Kristal Bryant, owner of K&J’s Elegant Pastries, announced on social media that the Ross Bridge location of the popular bakery will soon close permanently. “Unfortunately this store didn’t do what it needed to do to survive, and I’m OK with that. Our Uptown store is booming and popping and will be open. But this store unfortunately will be closing as of this Saturday, September 14th. So if you never got a chance to visit and you are planning to, or wanting to, before it closes come see us this week,” Bryant said on Instagram. “I want to thank everyone over here who did support the store.”
