Birmingham, AL (WBMA) – Birmingham Fire and Rescue are on scene at the 100 block of Cotton Ave SW for an apartment fire. Fire Battalion Chief Ben Thompson says the call came in around 3am of a structure fire. When fire personnel arrived they found a unit on the second floor of the apartment engulfed in flames.
