ANNISTON, Ala. (WBRC) – Two men were sentenced in a scheme to defraud a professional athlete, according to U.S. Attorney Prim Escalona and other authorities. 41-year-old Anthony Lamon Frazier of Talladega was sentenced to 120 months in prison. 38-year-old Frederick Andre Spencer of Birmingham was sentenced to 55 months in prison.
