A comprehensive residential facade improvement program is coming to Wylam, thanks to a $250,000 allocation of ARPA funds. Councilor LaTonya Tate made the announcement Tuesday. The program looks to enhance the appearance and value of homes in the Wylam neighborhood, with a focus on low-income senior, veteran, and disabled homeowners.
