VESTAVIA HILLS, Ala. – Lauren Dressback has spent the last two decades taking the motto of blooming where she’s planted to heart in countless classrooms. “I can look back now in twenty years and say I had over 1,000 kids. Because once they’re my student, they are always my kid,” Dressback said.
