BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A lounge owner in Avondale is changing the age requirements from 21-years-old to 25 for women and 30 for men. Meme Williams, one of the owners of DZire, says she hosted an alumni event last week at the lounge, and everything was going smoothly until a younger crowd showed up, and things took a different turn.
