Birmingham, AL (WBMA) – The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) has launched a new program to help connect residents with low income to jobs. The Modified Apprenticeship Program will accept 40 participants in this first cohort. Over 6 months each will participate in on the job training and personal development courses.
