BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police are asking for your help in locating a missing person. BPD says 43-year-old Dalvinon Effinger was last seen on foot Friday, Nov. 15 wearing a black and white shirt and black sweatpants in the Southside area of Birmingham. Effinger is 6′2″, 225 lbs.
