Trader Joe’s, the niche grocery store with a cult following, is opening at least a dozen new locations in the coming year. The company’s website lists 12 locations as “coming soon.” The new stores are in seven states and Washington, D.C., and include a grocery store in Hoover. The location will be the third in Alabama, joining sites at the Summit in Birmingham and in Huntsville.
