BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Titusville Branch Library kicked off the first of three resource days for people in need Tuesday.
The library hosted its diaper resource day. The library teamed up with Bundles of Hope Diaper Bank to give away diapers to patrons. The branch manager said it’s part of a monthly program it runs to help different people in the community.
“Reading and knowledge is great, but if you don’t feel good while you’re doing those things, you don’t have the energy,” said Reba Williams, the branch manager. “So I collaborate work together and provided something different that’s been really successful and has sustainability for the community.”
