FULTONDALE, Ala. (WIAT) — The Fultondale City Council approved a resolution on Tuesday evening formally requesting that Mayor Larry Holcomb resign due to an ethics violation.
Holcomb was the only one who did not vote in favor of the resolution, and he told the council that he will not step down.
