As search and recovery efforts continue following Friday’s devastating flood in Kerrville, Texas, officials confirm that one of the victims was a resident of Mountain Brook, Alabama.
The City of Mountain Brook shared on Facebook, that one of the victims, eight-year-old Sarah Marsh, was a resident and student at Cherokee Bend Elementary in the city.
